Snapping Shoals EMC customer service representatives are here to help you. You may speak with a representative by calling 770-786-3484 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday. We have several bilingual representatives to assist our Spanish-speaking members.
We also have representatives who can assist you in at both of our offices, located at 14750 Brown Bridge Road in Covington and at 190 Fairview Road in Ellenwood. Both of these locations also feature drive-thru service and 24-hour payment kiosks.
Please keep in mind that our outage reporting line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may report an outage by calling 770-786-3484.
